Tri-State Concrete Leveling And Repair Logo

Concrete Lifting

So what is Concrete Lifting? What is Polyleveling? So here is the Deal. If you have concrete walkways or driveways that have shifted over time and you called companies to come out and repair them thinking it shouldn’t cost you that much right?  Then you find out its going to cost you thousands of dollars to rip up the old concrete and pour new concrete. Then you find out you can’t even walk or drive on it for weeks after its done. Well there has to be an easier way?? Well there is and we are here to provide it to you! What we do is drill small 5/8″ holes in the settled concrete and use a state of the art system that mixes a two part epoxy foam and pumps it under the settled concrete and starts to expand. When the foam expands it starts to lift the concrete effortlessly back into place!! Yes its real and yes we do it!

As you can see in the illustration we drill pump and patch! its that simple and the best part is the concrete can be walked on or driven on the same day!! we also raise up concrete stairs, walkways, patios, pool decks whatever has settled we can fix it with a less evasive way then ripping it all up and replacing. Our Epoxy foam is environmentally friendly and a green product. When it dries its just as hard as concrete.

Concrete Lifting Foam

So why Concrete Lifting Foam (PolyLevel) and not just replace? Well for one price the price of replacement is much more expensive then Polylevel, not to mention the down time. How long does it take to level a concrete pad? Well that depends sometimes it goes very easy and fast and can take a couple minutes other times it can take a few hours. Depending on the size of the job most are done within a couple of hours. What kind of equipment will be used? We pull a 18′ trailer that has 200′ of line inside all of our equipment is contained in there, We only bring out the hose a drill and small hand tools. its a very small and simple process. Does weather play a part in the process? Yes and No. If it is too cold outside it will take longer for the foam chemicals to warm up and pump through the system in turn taking longer on jobs, all of our equipment is heated so the cold does not slow us down too much. It just takes longer to heat up, and the pumping technique is different.

Concrete Lifting Or Concrete Leveling  is a great way to save money on side walk trip hazards or uneven concrete that needs to be addressed. As we have said before if there are cracks in the concrete it will create other issues especially if water gets in. Contractors sometimes place items in a rush such as concrete walkways when this happens there is no time for the original soils to settle. When they settle well concrete is heavy and it will usually settle with it. When we come in and pump our Concrete Lifting Foam it finds its way into all the cracks and crevices of the soils and and starts to go to work! it fills in all the gaps and starts expanding. When this happens the product starts to lift the concrete. There is a special touch that goes into this too much foam and the concrete will move too much, not enough and it could move in the wrong spot. We provide lifting for all types of concrete such as driveways, garage floors, concrete home floors, side walk blocks, commerical concrete electrical boxes, and pretty much any other type of concrete that needs to be leveled out.
